I am retained by counsel in matters involving real estate operations, property and asset management, and the responsibilities of owners, managers, and boards.
For four decades I ran the kinds of organizations these disputes are about. I set the budgets, signed the management agreements, hired and replaced the operators, and answered to owners and boards for the results. When I give an opinion on what a reasonable operator should have done, it comes from having had to do it.

Pleadings, agreements, financials, operating reports, correspondence, and deposition transcripts. I will tell you early if the record points somewhere other than where you expected.
Opinion and report
A written report stating my opinions and the basis for each one, prepared to the standard your jurisdiction requires.
Deposition and trial
Preparation with counsel, deposition, and testimony at hearing or trial.
